The Harman P42i-TC Pellet stove was installed yesterday Oct 14, 2026. The experience working with Linn, Tad, Louis and his Son (who installed the unit) was exceptional from start to finish. For the project to install a Pellet stove, I had shortlisted 3 companies to get quotes. Mace was not one of these mainly because they were out of area. After further research, I settled on the Harman brand, and found that Mace was a preferred supplier so we visited their office on Friday Oct 2nd so my wife could actually see the unit and ask questions. From the get-go Tad impressed us and answered all my technical questions without hesitation. He provided am itemized list of costs even down to the tube of sealant. Also pointed out that the chimney lining was 316 stainless steel vs the more common 304 grade. He noted that the bill would be finalized once the installation was completed to account for any addition or reduction in costs as necessary. We decided to go with Mace. On Monday Oct 5th, between Lin, Louis and me, we fixed the installation date for Oct 14th. The installation went very well and final bill was actually less than the quote. We very much appreciated the up front discussions and openness. No funny games. This is the old fashioned way of doing business, treating both parties with respect. Communications with Linn was excellent and timely.
I definitely recommend working with Mace Energy Supply.

Mace Energy while I have had limited experience with them. They have been one of the best Supply companies to get parts from, even when they don’t service your brand. And they actually have them in stock. And the next thing I highly recommend them for is they have absolutely the BEST wood pellets to burn. They also sell Coal in several different sizes. They are also very friendly people, and very knowledgeable with Harman pellet stove, as that is what they specialize in. Highly recommended company.

We have a 19 yr. old Harman Advance, and always call Mace Energy when we need replacement parts. They usually have what we need in stock, at very reasonable prices. I called yesterday morning about a failed pressure switch, and although the Harman part number had changed, they had a new comparable switch in stock. I installed it today and our stove is up and running again. Thanks once again, Mace Energy.
