This was THE FIRST TIME Our Stove was Cleaned out Thoroughly! David also provided me with valuable maintenance tips for better use of Our Stove. We are highly impressed with everyone at Mace!
Our install was scheduled on a day that we had a weather event in our area. Even though Mace would have usually closed for the day and rescheduled our install, the installers came later to allow weather to clear and installed. For that I am EXTREMELY grateful since we had no heat. When the installers came they were very professional and courteous. Dave and his apprentice were very thoughtful of my home laying down drop clothes and cleaning up after themselves. Dave is very knowledgeable and had no problem answering all my questions time after time without hesitation. Taking the time to throughly explain everything to me.
Tad and Carol, the owners were very kind when we stopped in multiple times to ask questions so that we felt comfortable we were making the right decision. Maddie was really awesome going over the invoice and getting all the paperwork together very quickly.
We couldn't be more happy with the Harman absolute 63 purchase and install. I would highly recommend Mace to anyone looking for a high quality heating product.

I called before I made my way into the store because I knew I would be arriving close to closing time. I was reassured there would be no issue and they could cut the glass I needed easily. They did so promptly and were friendly. Service that you can’t beat!

Was having trouble with pellets overfeeding in my Harmon Invincible RS, and contacted several places to get assistance. Mace was the only that I could that I contacted that was able to help. I spoke with Carol and she was able to locate the manual for my pellet stove even though it is well over 20+ years old.

Over the phone she gave me some troubleshooting tips and ways to make sure I was properly cleaning the stove. I needed to get a cleaning brush that I didn't have, but she had one at her store, so I went over to pick it up.

In the 20ish minutes I spent at the store, I received an incredible education on not only my pellet stove, but also how pellet stoves work in general. Everything from how to select the right pellets, and how to setup up my specific pellet stove for better operation.

Turns out my issue with the overfeeding pellets, was operator error on my part, as I did not understand how to properly adjust the feed rate. I have yet to try the recommendations, as I need to finish cleaning my stove. However, I wanted to take the time to give Mace a review, and would highly recommend you reach out to them for help with any of your pellet stove needs, especially Harmon Pellet stoves.

Purchased our Harman Absolute 43 from Mace in late December 2019 and was installed early January 2020. The team did a wonderful job installing and have loved the benefits of the pellet stove. Purchased some pellets locally but they didn't burn as well as the Hamer pellets. Every spring I get 2 tons from Mace when they have their sale. This year I purchased another ton before the start of the season as I typically run out around February. Love the service and family friendly atmosphere at Mace which is why I go back to them for all my supplies.

We have a 19 yr. old Harman Advance, and always call Mace Energy when we need replacement parts. They usually have what we need in stock, at very reasonable prices. I called yesterday morning about a failed pressure switch, and although the Harman part number had changed, they had a new comparable switch in stock. I installed it today and our stove is up and running again. Thanks once again, Mace Energy.

I recently upgraded from a P38 to a P43C Harmon pellet stove. The Mace guys installed it the day after I bought it. The auto temperature control is great. The surprise feature is that it saves me on pellets since it shuts off and turns back on automatically. Glad I went with the new stove.

Mace Energy while I have had limited experience with them. They have been one of the best Supply companies to get parts from, even when they don’t service your brand. And they actually have them in stock.
And the next thing I highly recommend them for is they have absolutely the BEST wood pellets to burn. They also sell Coal in several different sizes. They are also very friendly people, and very knowledgeable with Harman pellet stove, as that is what they specialize in. Highly recommended company.

Been buying pellets and Harman parts for 10 yrs. here. Thoroughly honest, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their Hamer pellets are better than most from the big box stores.

Just had my new stove installed on 6/4/2020. Everyone from the purchase to the install. I have been very satisfied with the over all experience from day one. My house is 2,600 square feet, two levels and the carpet upstairs is warm when I walk on it. It’s unbelievable. I only use about a quarter amount of the wood I used to use. On my total electric house my electric bill has been cut in half! Kudos to you all for selling such a fine product and doing such a fantastic job installing it and teaching me how to use it. This was a very professional install from the crew. Would highly recommend them to everyone. Was worth the drive from Mt. Airy to Smithsburg !
